These Terms of Service govern your use of Doodlez.io ("the Service"), operated by an individual based in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Doodlez.io. If you are under 16, you must have consent from a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at info@doodlez.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Content You Post
You retain ownership of all drawings and content you create and publish on Doodlez.io. By publishing content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for content you post. You must not post content that:
- Infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
- Depicts or promotes harm to minors in any way
- Constitutes spam, phishing, or malicious code
- Impersonates any person or entity
4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem harmful to the community, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these terms
6. Free and Donor Tiers
Doodlez.io is free to use and supported by advertising. A paid donor tier is planned that will remove advertising and unlock additional features. Details of the donor tier will be published when available. We reserve the right to change the features included in each tier at any time.
7. Advertising
The free tier of Doodlez.io displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these advertisements. By using the free tier you consent to the display of personalised advertising in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@doodlez.io. Upon deletion, your published drawings will be removed from the public platform.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any loss of data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
